EH&S Manager

Our Environmental, Health & Safety Manager has been at Ranger for 22 years and has over 35 years of experience in the EH&S field. He is responsible for managing all areas of the EH&S department including programs and training. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kennedy Western University in Safety Engineering and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Texas Safety Association, Environmental Assessment Association, Veriforce Contractor advisory Group Member, and Texas Motor Transportation Association – Safety Management Council. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese as well as English. His team consists of Associate EH&S Manager, Safety Administrator, and Safety Coordinators.

Superintendents

Our Superintendents average 27 years of experience. Their leadership, project expertise, and organizational skills are highly regarded in the industry. They utilize their talents to consistently meet milestones, complete projects on time, and stay within budget. Following are a few comments from our Superintendents:

I’m left to manage my job as I think best, but help is only a phone call away if I ask for it, and we have some real talent in the corporate office. It’s the best of both worlds. Also, Ranger appreciates me for my knowledge and expertise. My boss is a pretty smart guy. It’s a lot less painful to learn from him than it is to learn by trial-and-error. If my boss and I disagree, I know he’ll listen to my argument and make a fair judgment. Finally, there’s always a chance I’ll get to spend Christmas night on the jobsite, in the rain.

I will always remember working on the Mexico Compressor Station. It was my second project as a Ranger superintendent. The job was full of challenges. There were overwhelming circumstances but all the obstacles were met head on and were successfully overcome. The station started up perfectly and has since run with no shutdowns or issues to date.

I really appreciate and take pleasure in working for Ranger because they respect my experience and judgment. When working a project, Ranger trusts my decisions. I like working for Wes. He allows me to coordinate the job my way and do what I need to do to get the job done. Ranger has always been very accommodating and respectful to me.

Project Managers

Our Project Managers have been with Ranger over 15 years, on average, and bring 25 years in project management experience. They have complete responsibility for all phases of project management.

Sales Manager

Our Sales Manager has been at Ranger 14 years and has over 40 years of sales experience in the energy industry. He is responsible for customer relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Houston Pipeliner’s Club, the Tulsa Pipeliner’s Club, the San Antonio Pipeliner’s Association, and the Gas Processors Association.

Sr Business Development Associate

Our Sr Business Development Associate has been with Ranger 10 years. He is responsible for maintaining customer relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, specializing in Marketing and Management. He is a member of the Houston Pipeliner’s Club, the Tulsa Pipeliner’s Club, and the Gas Processors Association.

Admin/IT Manager

Our Admin/IT Manager has been with Ranger 15 years and has over 39 years of experience managing information systems. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining our technology infrastructure and keeping day to day operations running smoothly and efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Phoenix University in Business Administration.

Accounting Manager

Our Accounting Manager has has been with Ranger 15 years. He has over 33 years of accounting and management experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University in Accounting and a Masters degree from Strayer University in Accounting. His team consists of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
