“Ranger Plant Constructional Company, Inc. is a general contractor that provides construction services in the oil & gas industry. We specialize in the construction of gas compressor stations, meter stations, and pump stations.
At Ranger we remain committed to the vision and values that were started in 1972; integrity, strong work ethics, and meeting deadlines. We are committed to conducting all business ethically and professionally. Whether dealing with customers, subcontractors, vendors, or employees, Ranger will behave in a fair, honest and respectful manner.

Leadership
President / Director of Construction
Our president has been with Ranger 40+ years. He has full responsibility for coordination of all construction projects. His responsibilities are to ensure profitable and timely project completion which is consistent with quality and safety standards.
Chief Financial Officer
Our CFO has been with Ranger 40+ years. She has complete responsibility for the finance and HR department. She oversees all the areas of financial management and directs the corporate accounting staff as well as the coordination of the company’s annual audits. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McMurry University.
Vice President of Business Development
Our VP of Business Development has been with Ranger 30+ years. She is responsible for all aspects of Ranger’s business development effort, fostering key relationships for Ranger’s continued growth. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Abilene Christian University. She is a member of the Houston Pipeliner’s Club, the Tulsa Pipeliner’s Club, the San Antonio Pipeliner’s Association, and the Gas Processors Association.
Vice President Estimating
Our VP of Estimating has been with Ranger 35+ years. He has full responsibility for the estimating process to ensure that proposals are timely and accurate. His team includes estimators, schedulers, and an administrative coordinator.

At Ranger, we have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construction sites. We are dedicated to elevating the standards for safety in the construction industry through a wide variety of methods – from zero-tolerance drug testing to our innovative training and education programs, we also provide our employees with the tools, knowledge and resources they need to increase safety.
