President / Director of Construction
Wes Castleman is President at Ranger Plant Constructional. Wes has been with Ranger 39 years. He has full responsibility for coordination of all construction projects. His responsibilities are to ensure profitable and timely project completion which is consistent with quality and safety standards.
Chief Financial Officer
Kathrine Freire is Chief Financial Officer at Ranger Plant Constructional. Kathrine has been with Ranger 37 years. She has complete responsibility for the finance and HR department. She oversees all the areas of financial management and directs the corporate accounting staff as well as the coordination of the company’s annual audits. Kathrine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McMurry University.
Vice-President Business Development
Brenda Ball is Vice President of Business Development at Ranger Plant Constructional. Brenda has been with Ranger 22 years. She is responsible for all aspects of Ranger’s business development effort, fostering key relationships for Ranger’s continued growth. Brenda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Abilene Christian University. She is a member of the Houston Pipeliner’s Club, the Tulsa Pipeliner’s Club, the San Antonio Pipeliner’s Association, and the Gas Processors Association.
Vice-President Estimating
Ken Castleman is Vice-President of Estimating at Ranger Plant Constructional. Ken has been with Ranger 35 years. He has full responsibility for the estimating process to ensure that proposals are timely and accurate. His team includes senior and junior estimators, a scheduler, and an administrative coordinator.
