“I take pleasure in working for Ranger because they respect my experience and trust my judgment allowing me to do what I need to do to get the job done. Ranger has always been very accommodating.”
Superintendent
“I enjoy working for a family-owned company that knows its employees by name. The upper management is very respectful, knowledgeable, and ready to give assistance if needed. Superintendents are left to do their job knowing help is always available.”
Superintendent
“I’m left to manage my job as I think best, but help is only a phone call away if I ask for it, and we have some real talent in the corporate office. Also, Ranger appreciates me for my knowledge and expertise. My boss is a pretty smart guy. It’s a lot less painful to learn from him than it is to learn by trial-and-error. If my boss and I disagree, I know he’ll listen to my argument and make a fair judgment. Finally, there’s always a chance I’ll get to spend Christmas night on the jobsite, in the rain.”
